Privacy Policy

1. Account Information

Miggus collects the information you enter during registration and when updating your profile, including your name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth. Account information is used to create and manage your account, support authentication and verification, and enforce platform eligibility.

The registration flow requires your date of birth to verify that you are at least 18 years of age—a mandatory safety and legal compliance requirement to access our generative AI image processing and subscription services. Date of birth is also used to deliver birthday-specific promotional benefits, customer loyalty rewards, and relevant demographic discounts.

2. Camera Access and Uploaded Photos

You can provide photos for your profile and virtual try-on requests by taking a photo or selecting an image from your device. Photos may contain your face and body. Camera access is requested when using camera features and can be managed in your device settings.

We use these photos, selected clothing or accessory images, and any instructions you provide to generate and refine virtual try-on previews.

3. Face Data and AI Processing

Miggus allows users to upload 2D photographs strictly for generating virtual try-on previews of clothing and accessories and verifying uploaded photos for suitability. We do not extract facial geometry, facial identification maps, depth data, or biometric templates.

User images are transmitted securely via encrypted HTTPS to our cloud inference service solely to render the requested try-on output. Images are processed transiently and saved only if the user chooses to save the results of their try-on. User images are never sold, shared with data brokers or advertisers, or used to train public machine learning models.

Our processing infrastructure utilizes enterprise cloud service providers:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): AWS hosts our backend, account records, and image storage. Image validation uses Amazon Rekognition to detect inappropriate content (content moderation). Face detection is used to assess uploaded photos, rather than to authenticate your identity.
• Google Cloud (Gemini): Photos and relevant clothing or accessory images and instructions are transmitted securely through our backend to Google Gemini solely to render or revise virtual try-on previews. Google Cloud processes this data under enterprise confidentiality terms without retaining data or using customer content to train foundation models.
• Transmission: All image uploads and communications with cloud inference services are protected with end-to-end encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.

4. Storage and Retention

During virtual try-on inference, image data is processed transiently in memory for the duration of the rendering request (a few seconds) and is immediately released. Generated try-on previews and uploaded photos are stored in secure, encrypted AWS S3 storage buckets only if the user actively chooses to save them to their account history.

Temporary customer uploads designated for short-term processing are configured to expire automatically after one day. Stored photos and results can remain available for subsequent try-ons and viewing your history until deleted by you.

5. Account Deletion and Data Requests

You can delete your account from the app:

1. Open the Miggus application and its side navigation menu.
2. Select Settings, then tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm the request and complete authentication when prompted.

The in-app deletion process removes your sign-in account and customer profile record. It does not automatically remove all separately stored photos, generated images, or try-on records. For requests concerning this data, contact miggusdev@genaiology.com. Do not include your password in your request.
